כללי
ביסדאטה Pro, בכתובת pro.bisdata.co.il ("השירות"), פועלת להנגשת השירות בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ובהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המאמץ את הנחיות WCAG. אנו שואפים לרמת AA לפי WCAG 2.1, בתהליך מתמשך — לא כהתאמה מלאה שכבר הושלמה.
מה כבר מיושם
- מבנה סמנטי תקין וקישור "דלג לתוכן"
- עברית (lang="he"), כיוון כתיבה מימין לשמאל (dir="rtl"), ניווט מתויג aria-label
- ניווט מלא במקלדת ואינדיקציית פוקוס גלויה, כולל בעמודי החשבון, ההתחברות, ותביעת העסק (claim)
- תפריט נגישות צף בכל עמוד: הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות (רגילה והפוכה), גווני אפור, הדגשת קישורים, גופן קריא, עצירת אנימציות, סמן מוגדל, הדגשת פוקוס, ואיפוס להגדרות ברירת המחדל
הגדרות התפריט נשמרות רק באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן (localStorage, מפתח bisdata-a11y) ואינן מועברות אלינו.
מגבלות ידועות וחלופות
- לוחות בקרה ותרשימים: נתוני הביצועים, הדירוג, המתחרים ומדדי הנראות בלוח הבקרה מוצגים בעיקרם ככלים חזותיים (תרשימים, מדדים גרפיים). ניתן לבקש חלופה טקסטואלית לנתונים אלה בפנייה במייל ל־info@bisdata.co.il.
- מגבלות נוספות, המשותפות לכלל אתרי ביסדאטה (מפות אינטראקטיביות, הטמעות רשתות חברתיות), מפורטות בהצהרת הנגישות המלאה של bisdata.co.il.
בדיקות ותאימות דפדפנים
נבדק בגרסאות עדכניות של Chrome, Edge, Firefox ו-Safari, כולל תצוגה מותאמת לנייד. בדיקות נקודתיות מול קוראי מסך מתבצעות באופן שוטף.
אין מקום עסק פיזי הפתוח לקהל
השירות ניתן באופן מקוון בלבד.

Accessibility Statement — bisdata Pro (pro.bisdata.co.il)

bisdata Pro, at pro.bisdata.co.il ("the Service"), works to make the Service accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the WCAG guidelines. We aim for Level AA under WCAG 2.1, as an ongoing process — not as completed full conformance.
What is already implemented
- Proper semantic structure and a "skip to content" link
- Hebrew (lang="he"), right-to-left direction (dir="rtl"), aria-labeled navigation
- Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator, including on the account, sign-in, and business-claim pages
- A floating accessibility menu on every page: text size increase, contrast (normal and inverted), grayscale, link highlighting, readable font, stop animations, enlarged cursor, enhanced focus, and reset to default settings
Menu settings are stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key bisdata-a11y) and are never transmitted to us.
Known limitations and alternatives
- Dashboards and charts: Performance, ranking, competitor, and visibility data on the dashboard are presented mainly as visual tools (charts, graphical indicators). A text-based alternative for this data can be requested by emailing info@bisdata.co.il.
- Additional limitations shared across all bisdata sites (interactive maps, social media embeds) are detailed in the full accessibility statement at bisdata.co.il.
Testing and browser compatibility
Tested on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, including responsive mobile display. Spot checks with screen readers are performed on an ongoing basis.
No physical premises open to the public
The Service is provided online only.
